Project Goal: Develop a sealing system for the front and rear doors of the FF91 passenger vehicle.

Role: Design engineer / release engineer

Details:

• Supported design and release of four door seal systems:

  • Door outer belt

  • Primary door seals

  • Secondary body seals

  • Edge of glass seals

• Led relationship with supplier and was responsible for releasing and signing-off on final designs, drawings, and master sections.

• Supported creation of installation/build documentation.

• Test fit parts on vehicle and documented findings.
