Project Goal: Develop a variant of the V8100 cargo van that accommodates FedEx cargo van requirements.

Role: Project manager

Details:

• Supported creation of a build spec based on FedEx requirements. This spec included:

  • Shelving system

  • Side entry step

  • Rear entry step

  • Bulkhead partition

  • Grab handles

  • Exterior decals

• Led efforts with upfitters to design, optimize, and integrate components into the FedEx spec vehicle.

• Supported testing and validation efforts for many of the components listed above, including test installations and data acquisition.
